The website https://sullamp.com is intended for the dissemination and commercialization of goods and services by UMBRALUMEN ILUMINAÇÃO LDA., a private company based in Portugal, at Sítio da Cascalheira, Quatro Estradas, 8125-018 Quarteira, with NIPC 505028590, hereinafter referred to as SULLAMP.

This document presents the terms and conditions of the sale of products online through our e-commerce platform and/or through e-mail based on the information displayed on the website https://sullamp.com/. All products purchased through this platform are covered by the above. By purchasing a product through our e-commerce platform and/or via email, the customer assumes that they agree to the terms and conditions.
SULLAMP reserves the right to change or adjust these terms and conditions from time to time, so it is advisable for the customer to read them before making a purchase.
The rules constituting the terms and conditions set out above are governed by the Portuguese Legislation in force at the time. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the court Portuguese territorially competent.
If the user is outside Portugal, SULLAMP informs that any legal proceedings must be referred to the Portuguese courts.

Any use, reproduction or mention of all or part of its contents is totally prohibited, constituting a crime when carried out without the prior authorisation of the same.
Umbralumen Lda and all brands represented on the website are https://sullamp.com/ not responsible for the misuse and/or damage caused through the use of the website and/or its content.
Umbralumen Lda reserves the right to update and change information displayed on the website without prior notice.
The products on display may or may not correspond to products available in stock. All images used are provided by the brands represented by Umbralumen Lda and their use is intended to provide information about the product and its sale.
The online store is composed of a selection of existing or non-stock products, containing as much information as possible for the customer’s clarification about the product in question. Umbralumen Lda reserves the right to make or not available a product of a certain brand depending on its sales strategy and commercial intention.
All products presented are from brands represented by Umbralumen Lda, none of which are produced in-house. The images presented in the catalogue seek to correspond to the existing product; however, there may be slight differences in the color, shape, and condition of the display.
Product and price information
On our website we provide information regarding the essential characteristics of our products through technical descriptions shared by their suppliers, and photographs illustrating the products sold.

The prices of all products listed on our website are shown in euros, taxes included.

Umbralumen Lda, reserves the right to change the prices at any time, and without prior notice.
The prices and promotions displayed on our website may vary and their availability will always be limited by available stock or promotion period.
There is always a possibility of error in the pricing of the item. If Umbralumen Lda verifies this situation during the processing of an order, it will immediately proceed to correct the price, and the customer will be given the option to reconfirm his order at the correct price or cancel it.
There is a possibility that we may incur a stock-out even after placing the order, a situation that will be duly informed to the customer, as well as the expected delivery time after stock replenishment.
The prices and products made available in https://sullamp.com/ are only valid for purchase orders placed through https://sullamp.com/ and may not coincide with the prices charged in the physical store.

Product Warranty

The product warranty corresponds to the guarantee given by each of the brands, and is, in the case of final consumers, valid for 2 (two) years, under the terms of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April.
Exceptions to these cases are purchases from professional customers, and/or for professional use/purchases from companies that derive economic benefits from the product, whose legal warranty period is reduced to 6 (six) months under the terms of article 921 of the Civil Code.
The malfunction must be reported to the seller within the warranty period and, unless otherwise stipulated, within sixty days after it becomes known. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must keep the document proving the purchase of the product.
Defects arising from:
Inadequate maintenance by the customer;
Inappropriate use or operation outside of Product specifications;
Abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage during transportation;
Unauthorized maintenance or repair;

User Rules

All information provided by a user/customer of the website must be true and reliable, and it is the sole responsibility of the user/customer.
Umbralumen Lda is not responsible for the misuse or provision of false data, and cannot be held responsible for the use of information provided in bad faith.
Umbralumen Lda is not responsible for any damage caused to the user and their material by the use of the website.
The change in the customer’s information between the order deadline and the delivery time of the product must be communicated to Umbralumen Lda, by e-mail. If the change corresponds to the change of address and is made before the order has been shipped, the shipment will occur without inconvenience. If the change corresponds to the change of address and is made after the order has been shipped, shipping will be charged to both addresses

Rights

The website and its contents are covered by copyright and intellectual property, which includes design, texts and graphics that belong to Umbralumen Lda, or its partners.
You shall not in any way and for any purpose other than your own purchase, reproduce or use logos, brand names and information appearing on our website. Any use beyond this scope is prohibited without the user obtaining prior authorization from Umbralumen Lda.
The quality of the products presented is the responsibility of the brands that produce them. Umbralumen Lda, accepts returns under the terms defined in this document.

Conditions of sale and purchase of products

The website https://sullamp.com/ presents products and provides the necessary information in the understanding of Umbralumen Lda for the proper dissemination of them. By placing the products on the website, we invite the user to make a purchase.
The act of purchase initiates a contract process that is validated by the customer at the time of payment and, by Umbralumen Lda, at the time of confirmation of receipt of payment.
Umbralumen Lda, is a lighting solutions company that develops lighting projects and monitors architectural projects in the area of lighting. If you need support for a project, or a budget for large quantities, you should contact our budget/project service by email or phone.

Purchases through the E-commerce platform

Payment for purchases made through the e-commerce platform is made in full for the value of the product, including shipping costs. This payment can be made by bank transfer through the data provided in the last step of the purchase process, or by ATM reference that will be generated for the customer’s specific purchase.
Payments, whether by bank transfer or ATM reference, must be made within 48 hours after the completion of all the steps to achieve the intention to purchase by the user/customer.
E-mail Purchases
Purchases/orders made via e-mail are only valid after confirmation by our financial department of the payment.
These payments can be made either by bank transfer, or in our store/showroom by ATM or cash.

Online or distance shopping

Individual customers have the right to freely terminate the contract established with Umbralumen Lda, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, as provided for in Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February.
Umbralumen Lda may withhold the refund of the purchase amount until the product is received or the customer does not present proof of its return.
The refund of the purchase amount must be made using the same means of payment used for receipt, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Umbralumen Lda.
Products marked as belonging to the Stock-off catalogue are products discontinued for more than 1 year, or exhibition products with no refund of the purchase price. Products belonging to the Stock-off catalogue, when returned, may be exchanged for another product belonging to the stock-off catalogue or not, as long as the value is equal to that previously paid by the customer.
In the case of professional customers or those who derive economic benefits from the product, the right of free resolution does not apply even to purchases made at a distance, either through the online store or by e-mail. The request for free withdrawal is only valid if made in writing.

In-person shopping at the showroom/store

All purchases made at the counter with the presence of the customer in the showroom/store are subject to the following rules for returns:
By law, Umbralumen Lda is not obliged to accept returns, however, and seeking to present a good service to the customer, Umbralumen Lda, accepts requests for return authorization that may or may not, depending on the situations, be accepted.
The request for return authorization must be communicated to Umbralumen Lda, in writing, subject to approval by Umbralumen Lda. The customer must specify the reason for the return.
The maximum deadline for return authorization requests is 15 working days after the date of the purchase/date of the document proving the sale.
All accepted return requests are subject to a devaluation of at least 10%, which may be higher according to the specific conditions of the supplier.
If the material is not part of the usual stock or is produced to order with specifications for the customer, the approval of the return will depend on the supplier, which we will consult, as well as the return conditions to be applied.
The materials to be returned must be in the original packaging, intact and without signs of handling, otherwise they will not be accepted.
After confirmation of the acceptance of the return, the customer has a period of 8 working days to proceed with the delivery of the equipment to be returned. Umbralumen Lda reserves the right to charge the shipping costs associated with the return.
Umbralumen Lda reserves the right not to accept the return whenever the previous conditions are not respected.
