Return Conditions:

You have a period of 15 days from the day of delivery to return your order and request a refund.

The return can be made in the store, or be requested through our contacts.

The item must show no signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging, the instruction manual and its accessories and/or consumables. The presentation of the purchase invoice is always mandatory.

It is up to the customer to bear the cost of returning the item, as indicated in Article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

The return will have to be arranged with the customer. In each case, the return may be borne by the customer, delivering through their own means (direct delivery) or carrier. If it is supported by Umbralumen Lda, the associated amount is €10.00 (ten euros).

All returned items are subject to verification of their condition. If the returned products show signs of use, defect caused by customer maintenance, etc., Umbralumen Lda reserves the right not to accept the return.

Reimbursement:

The refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, will be made after the validation of the return conditions described above, with Umbralumen Lda having a maximum period of 14 days for this purpose to be counted from the date of sending the information of the validation of conditions to the customer.

The value of the orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
