Shipping & Deliveries

Shipments

Deliveries of purchases made will be made within a maximum period of up to 30 (thirty) business days, except for stock shortages. In this case, the customer will be informed and if they do not accept the additional waiting time, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded.

Mainland Portugal

Shipments to mainland Portugal will be made by carrier.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of each product and delivery location. The cost can be consulted at the time of finalizing the order.

Shipping by carrier is made on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no time scheduling possible.

It is assumed that the order is received by the customer, at the destination address provided in the order.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be charged an extra amount of €10.00 (ten euros).

ISLANDS – Azores and Madeira

Shipments to the Autonomous Regions will be made by carrier.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of each product and delivery location. The cost can be consulted at the time of finalizing the order.

Orders with a weight greater than the postage will be calculated and the customer informed of the shipping cost for the respective order.

Deliveries

The customer must check the status of the order upon receipt. If the order is visibly damaged, you should not accept the order, and you should use our contacts to report what happened.

When the parcel is broken or damaged, you must write on the waybill the problem with the box, and sign it.

Returns for transport damage must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Once this period of time has elapsed, Umbralumen Lda is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transport.

If there is an error in delivery and products are delivered that were not ordered or different in color, size and/or specifications, the products must be returned to Umbralumen Lda at no additional cost to the customer, directly through the freight forwarder.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include shipping to the address provided by the customer. The customer can choose to pick up the purchase/order in store.

In the case of products in stock, delivery can be made immediately after payment confirmation.

In the case of products purchased by order, delivery can be made after the arrival of the product(s) at Umbralumen Lda and confirmation of payment of the total purchase.

When making a purchase of products from different brands, it is possible that the delivery times of the products are out of date, since they are from different producers. If the customer wishes to receive their products in a single order, they must request it when Umbralumen Lda confirms the estimated delivery times.

Umbralumen Lda is not responsible for any theft, loss or destruction of the products, as long as they have been delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

The change in the customer’s information between the order deadline and the delivery time of the product must be communicated to Umbralumen Lda by e-mail. If the change corresponds to the change of address and is made before the order has been shipped, the shipment will occur without inconvenience. If the change corresponds to the change of address and is made after the order has been shipped, shipping to both addresses will be charged.
